Found via this lamp on the Mike Tech Show podcast. My has a light blue ... I think I know.
The neck of the lamp is not super long, so keep that in mind.
But the great works and have no problem turning it on or up and down.

This is a great light for anybodies desk or table. It has 48 super bright LED's mounted in a flexible light, so you can point and shine the light where it is needed. The light from the LED's is a nice clean, white light that doesn't tire or strain your eyes. To turn on the lamp simply touch the base of the lamp where there is an orange illuminating ring that indicates where to touch. With the touch of your finger the light will turn on and off. It has a beautiful silver finish, and a strong flex shaft that allows you to direct the light. And 'light and compact and works. It 'very bright for an LED lamp, which is good - it is really enough extra light for reading. Not hot. It 'difficult to understand just where to touch to turn it on or off, and comes with a very poor documentation.

This lamp has spells where it will not turn on or off, to touch after an hour it is off with the first touch. This can be very frustrating.
